After his conversion on the Damascus Road, the Apostle Paul was given a special role in the spread of the Gospel. In his epistles, he spoke of a “mystery.” The Bible tells us that he was given a special “dispensation” by the Lord. Since he believed in the literal interpretation of Scripture, the doctrine of the rapture and the restoration and glorification of Israel, I guess one could call Paul a Dispensationalist! This term is often misunderstood, but Gary and Bob explain the concept and discuss the role Paul played in setting the church on the proper course. The Bible says that one day with the Lord is like a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. Is this Millennial Day concept, found in both the Old and New Testaments, the key to understanding the timing of Christ’s return? Are we actually on the brink of eternity?
